Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

In respect of buyers (Only in INDIA), orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. Orders placed before 3.00 pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered within 7 to 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation & delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company norms. As per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.) Ant PC is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company but guarantees to hand over the consignment to the Courier Company on time.

Delivery of all orders will take place to the registered address of the buyer (unless specified at the time of the order). Ant PC is indeed responsible for any damage (as per DOA policy) to the order during the shipment process, even though you will be provided with every possible assistance from start to end.

Note: In case of any damage/missing component(s), product unboxing video with proof of damage is required.

ANT PC assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer.

Parcels will only be dispatched once payment reflects and has cleared in the bank account if paying by bank deposit.

Note: You are responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery and preparing an unboxing video of the machine for your reference and proof of delivery.

How delivery charges are calculated for products?

The estimation of capital cost in shipment is broadly divided into 2 parts depending upon the mode of shipment. If the order is being delivered by surface, you will have to pay ₹1800 and in case the order is being dispatched by air, you will have to pay ₹4500 as a delivery fee.
